The weather has certainly started to turn more autumnal this week and we were lucky with our sunny days. On Tuesday we had a fantastic morning at the Park. Sandra, from Little Wildlife Explorers, was wonderful with the children helping them hunt for bugs, sharing gems of wisdom and answering many questions.
Our theme for the week has been ‘Apples’. In morning circle we looked inside an apple to find the hidden star. We also had fun trying to balance apples on our head while we walked!
During the week, the children had opportunities to make playdough apples and paint pictures of apples.
Our preschool focus this week was the letter ’C’.
